  1. Well Stacy as you know from my posts I am a lover of geraniums, and while i did not get what you were looking for in response to the picture, all I can say is the i find the soft and delicate beauty of the geraniums, be tween all of their hard and cold surroundings, the soft colorful beauty against the cold stone, the cold wrought iron and the wood and glass of the windows, makes the beautiful flowers and foliage even more striking in a hard and cold world! . I absolutely loved your photograph, no matter what the meaning was meant to be in your mind, it to me just accentuates the natural, soft and delicate beauty of the flowers.. …Just gorgeous Stacy!!

    • Hi, Mitch! Seems my inclusion of the road sign led to a bit of contemplation about the meaning behind the photo ๐Ÿ™‚ Really, no meaning. I included the sign simply because I liked the the shape and color of it in the photo. In any event, I took the photo because I, too, love geraniums – what’s not to love? ๐Ÿ™‚ As for the “between” theme, I thought seeing as how the flowers were between the iron railings, the photo would work …

I love that it struck you so strongly and I appreciate you sharing those feelings with me. Thanks so much for such a lovely comment! (P.S. Hope you received my email replies to your kind emails.)

  2. This is Kind of a weird image Stacy. Iโ€™ve spent a lot of time trying to get the โ€œbetweenโ€ point on it and itโ€™s been a hard task to achieve. First of all, due to that imposing prohibition signal stopping me from taking a look at the window. Then, making a great effort to finally be able to break the law, I find those pots full of flowers (when I expected to find something like a naked woman behind that window), and however much I try to relate it to between, I honestly donโ€™t get the point. Wait, wait a moment, unless it is the flower pots between the grill and the windows and/or the flower branches getting out between the bars, is it that?!

    • Ha!! Jaime, you always make me smile! I left the sign in because I liked the balance it gave the photo, but I sure wish I had come up with a catchy title to the post that would have referenced it! I see so many wonderfully creative post titles that add to the image, but I just couldn’t come up with one: seems that’s not my strength. Naked lady, huh?? Glad you finally figured it out ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. I look at the geraniums and I think whoever planted them is a person that has the same thoughts as I do……the love of garden and flowers in the garden.
