Public art projects abound on and around the High Line, an elevated public park built on an historic freight rail line on Manhattan’s west side in New York City. Case in point: An incredible mural of the iconic Alfred Eisenstaedt photo V-J Day, The Kiss. (Notice the cans of spray paint sitting underneath.) The mural, located at 25th Street and 10th Avenue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, was painted by Eduardo Kobra, a Brazilian artist known for his kaleidoscopic street art portraying historical figures.
