Great shot, Stacy. NYC early in the AM can be remarkably devoid of humanity, especially on a Sunday morning. I have an image from almost the same spot, well after dark, in the winter, when it was raining, and it was still pretty crowded. But if one gets up early, it can be very rewarding as you have shown.
I can imagine your shot, and it looks wonderful in my mind’s eye! No matter the time of day or night, crowded or quiet, Times Square never ceases to amaze. Thanks, Robin.

The “no people” thing coupled with the red tables reminded me of one of my favorite songs from Les Mis – “Empty Chairs and Empty Tables.” Just had to get that shot 🙂 Thanks!
