Dragon’s Breath Flight Line, Labadee, Haiti
My oldest son, Ryan, took this photo (and accompanying video!) with a GoPro secured to his chest while flying down the world’s longest zipline over water: 2600 feet long!Β Not to worry – he didn’t brave this adventure by himself. The rest of my family and I were right there with him! Scary? Yup. Fast? Yup (especially coming in for a landing). Would we do it again? Absolutely!
My goodness that looks like it would be so much fun it’s not even funny lol!
Hahah the whole thing looks amazing, awesome photo!

AWESOME! I truly believe that I could do that, and I hope someone would force me to if I started to chicken out. That must have been so incredible!!!

Fantastic ! We did one through the rainforest in Hawaii, and it was amazing to zip through the trees !

Don’t know which would be scarier – the feeling of smashing into a tree or falling into the ocean π Guess that’s what makes these ziplines the adventure they are! π

Ha! They had cleared a path through the trees.

I think being out in the open over the water adds to speedy look. We were told to assume the starfish position to help keep it slower π

OMG I loved it. You are all very brave. To be honest this is the closest I will get to doing the biggest zip line (I am too scared), so really, thank you! π

I want to go. It doesn’t look too fast until the last few seconds when the waves are breaking beneath you!

I’ll tell you, I came zipping in (no pun intended) at a very fast clip at the end and was panicked that I the stop was going to hurt! It actually whipped my head back and my feet up in the air, and it did kinda take my breath away. My young daughter, on the other hand, barely made it to the end – just kind of slowly sauntered in. Of course, she was 95 pounds soaking wet; I, on the other hand, was not … π

Not soaking wet? Or not 95 pounds?
